1. 1Ask whoever handles HR at your workplace to reset your password.
2. 2They issue you a new activation code — it may be read out, printed on a slip, or sent to you directly.
3. 3Enter that code on “Activate a new account” and choose a new password.

We do not email reset links. A code always comes from a person at your workplace, so nobody outside it can start a reset on your behalf.
